Restore before you replace
Bring outdoor furniture back into the experience.
Detail care for furniture frames, seating, cushions, umbrellas, and approved outdoor materials—completed at your property as part of a focused service or full reset.
A seating group mid-detail: one cushion cleaned and one untouched in the same frame, cover removed, frame visible. Shade or overcast light so fabric texture reads.

The problem
The furniture often shows Florida first.
Humidity, airborne debris, sunscreen, food, rain, storage, and daily use can change the appearance of frames and fabrics long before the furniture has reached the end of its useful life. A professional evaluation helps determine what can be cleaned, what needs a specialized treatment, and what should not be treated.
Scope
Furniture we can assess
- Outdoor seating and dining frames
- Removable and fixed cushions
- Approved performance fabrics
- Umbrellas
- Selected wicker, teak, aluminum, and powder-coated components
- Tables and side pieces
A more complete result
When furniture care is paired with the patio, screens, and surrounding surfaces, the change is more than a clean chair. The outdoor room feels coherent again. Ask about including furniture placement and a final styling reset in the agreed scope.
Approved brands and materials, stain-treatment limits, cushion drying process, teak work, fabric-protection services, and exclusions all need operational sign-off.
The finish record
The label decides, then the fabric does.
Performance fabric
Solution cleaned off the frame, then fully dried before cushions go back outside.
Label read firstTeak and hardwood
Cleaned along the grain; greying is a finish decision, not a cleaning failure.
Finish discussedPowder-coated aluminum
Washed and rinsed; chalking and chips are recorded, not scrubbed through.

Before we visit
Can you remove mildew from outdoor cushions?
We first identify the fabric, care guidance, construction, and condition. Some marks can improve substantially; others may be permanent or require a treatment outside our service. We will explain the realistic goal before proceeding.
Will cushions be dry when the service is complete?
Drying time depends on the material, construction, weather, airflow, and process. The team provides placement and use instructions after the service.
Do you move outdoor furniture?
Normal movable pieces can be included when agreed in the scope. Oversized, fragile, anchored, electronic, filled, or unusually heavy items may need owner preparation or a separate specialist.
